Howard Schultz plans to sue Clay Bennett to get Sonics back
Former Seattle Sonics owner Howard Schultz has retained an attorney and is filing a lawsuit against Clay Bennett in an effort to get ownership of the Seattle Sonics back.
Although a great gesture by a man who is deeply part of the Seattle culture what is really to be gained by this? Sonics are going to Oklahoma and there is not much anyone can do about that at this point.
Carmelo Anthony arrested for DUI
If you haven’t heard about it yet Carmelo Anthony was arrested on Monday around 4am for suspicious driving. The arresting officer was observing Carmelo going in and out of lanes and not dimming his lights? Melo was pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
After failing a series of sobriety tests Carmel Anthony was charged with DUI. This of course couldn’t have come at a worse time. The Denver Nuggets fighting to stay alive for the eighth and final playoff spot.
Side Note: Odenized on Twitter mentioned how Kenyon Martin managed to avoid a pair of 100mph tickets. Lets see if Carmelo can pull off something similar.
The Golden State Warriors are going fishing!

Amare Stoudemire 28 point, 6 rebounds, 2 assist, Steve Nash 13 points, 14 assists, 9 rebounds and Shaquille O’Neal 19 points and 15 rebounds helped put away the Warriors with a 122-116 victory.
Baron Davis who was “sick” watched from the sidelines as his team lost.
